- Single sessions R450.00 / hour
- Double sessions R400.00 / hour
- Single sessions R260.00 / 30 mins
- Boot camp R240.00 / hour (4-6 people)
This includes an assessment which covers medical history, body fat , scale weight and girth measurements, accessing current fitness levels, goal setting and nutritional advise + 4 one-on-one training sessions.
